Discover your story with Adaptive.Position OverviewAdaptive is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full lifecycle recruiting across the business, partnering closely with hiring managers to bring exceptional talent to open positions and deliver an extraordinary candidate experience. This role is responsible for developing and executing proactive sourcing and recruiting strategies that build diverse, high-quality candidate pipelines for current openings and long-term workforce needs.The Senior Recruiter operates as a trusted advisor to the business, bringing market insights, influencing hiring decisions, and driving an efficient & data-informed recruiting processes. You will own the end-to-end hiring lifecycle, from talent identification through offer close, while ensuring strong data integrity and process adherence within our ATS.Success in this role requires a balance of strategic thinking and operational excellence. You'll bring a sense of urgency, a customer-centric mindset, and a passion for building meaningful relationships with candidates and stakeholders that simultaneously deliver results.Key Responsibilities and Essential FunctionsCreate the best candidate experience, from initial outreach to closeDevelop strong partnerships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to deeply understand hiring needsDevelops sourcing and recruiting strategies to generate diverse candidate pools for current and future rolesCollaborates with hiring managers on recruiting strategiesBuilds and maintains a strong candidate pipeline through various channels by utilizing LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events, etc.Researches and identifies prospective talent, providing a pipeline of qualified candidates for specialized rolesManage the recruiting process with an emphasis on ensuring data integrity in our ATS (Greenhouse)Determine applicant qualifications by reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, analyzing responses, and comparing technical qualifications to job requirementsBe an 'unblocker' for the business and candidates to minimize time-to-fill (TTF) throughout each hiring processAssist with Talent Acquisition projects and all other duties as assignedPosition Requirements (Education, Experience, Other)RequiredBachelors and 5+ years of related experience, or Masters and 2+ years of related experienceProgressive experience in Talent AcquisitionAdvanced knowledge of full lifecycle recruitingFoundational knowledge of state and federal employment related lawsExperienced relationship builder with candidates and hiring managersAbility to identify problems and use critical thinking skills to drive appropriate solutionsAbility to effectively manage client and candidate expectationsResults oriented and track record of goal achievement in a fast-paced environmentHigh degree of initiative; must be able to work independently and be a self‐managerAbility to handle multiple, competing tasks simultaneously that may include sensitive and confidential informationSense of urgency balanced with matching business pacingStrong customer service skills; a candidate-centric ideologyStrong problem solving and interpersonal skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCompensationSalary Range: $101,600 - $152,400Possible "other compensation" elements to include:equity grantbonus eligibleALERT: Malicious groups posing as Adaptive employees have recently used fraudulent email aliases to extend employment offers, provide fake documents, and request sensitive personal and financial information.
