Key Responsibilities
Define and drive the data roadmap for engagement and top of funnel data products
Lead and scale a high-impact team of data engineers, prioritizing team health and operational stability
Champion engineering excellence through design reviews and robust data modeling standards
Required Qualifications
BS+ in Computer Science or related field with 8+ years in data or software engineering
4+ years of experience managing engineering teams
Experience with petabyte scale datasets and data pipelines
Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, Spark, and modern data platforms
Ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders and drive shared outcomes
