We assist clients with Project Management, Change Management, Project Controls, CPM Scheduling, Project Management Training, and PMO Support.Role DescriptionThis is a temporary contract (~1 to 2 year) 40 hour/week hybrid position for a Construction Project Coordinator. The Construction Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling construction projects, managing budgets, overseeing construction management, and communicating with contractors and clients. The Construction Project Coordinator will also manage RFIs, change orders, submittals, and project reporting to ensure compliance with specifications. This is a contract role.ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to the Project ManagerAssist the Project Manager/Project Engineer in the maintenance of logsAttend and document the weekly staff meetingsAssist the Project Manager/Project Engineer in the production of the periodic reportsAssist the Project Manager/Superintendent in the reporting of safety statistics monthlyAssist Project Manager/Project Engineer in the documentation of punch listImplementation and maintenance of project filing systemDocument control including RFI tracking and detailed project file/logs maintenanceChange order and contractor payment processingOther responsibilities as determined by the Project Executive/Project ManagerQualificationsA minimum of 1 year's Construction Experience on projects over $1MStrong budgeting and project management skillsStrong technical and communication skillsStrong oral, written communication, and organization skills requiredAbility to collaborate and coordinate with clients, designers, contractors, and field staffBasic knowledge of RFI trackingBasic knowledge of contract document review and scheduling techniquesBasic knowledge of payment review & preparationAbility to work independently and remotelyDegree in Engineering, Construction Management or related fieldExperience in Construction Management, Architecture, or related fieldExperience with project management software, E-BuilderExcellent capabilities in Microsoft Excel and Word are required*Experience with CPM scheduling software is a plusPMP certification or equivalent is a plusPublic agency experience a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
