Job Title: Procurement Buyer / Junior Procurement OfficerSchedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMWork Model: Hybrid (2 days Work From Home)Duration: 6-Month ContractPosition Overview:• Support procurement operations with a focus on direct purchasing and supplier coordination.• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support new product introduction (NPI).• Ideal candidate has hands-on procurement experience, strong analytical skills, and ERP system knowledge.Key Responsibilities:Procurement & Sourcing• Source and purchase electronic, mechanical, and software components• Execute procurement activities aligned with project and operational needs• Manage purchase orders and ensure timely deliveryNew Product Introduction (NPI)• Support NPI initiatives through procurement execution• Perform bill of material (BOM) analysis• Collaborate with engineering and product teamsSupplier Coordination & Management• Engage with suppliers for ordering and delivery coordination• Support supplier performance tracking and evaluation• Assist in maintaining supplier relationshipsCross-Functional Collaboration• Coordinate with:R&DOffer ManagementIndustrial EngineeringOperationsProcurement teams across lines of businessData Analysis & Reporting• Gather and analyze procurement data• Utilize Excel and BI tools for reporting and insightsRequired Skills:• 2+ years of direct procurement experience• Experience sourcing electronic and mechanical components• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills• Intermediate knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) concepts• Experience using ERP systems (SAP preferred)Preferred Qualifications:• Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI)• Bachelor’s degree in:Supply ChainBusinessEngineeringRelated fieldWork Requirements:• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Ability to manage multiple priorities• Effective communication and collaboration skillsJob ID: #26-06607About US Tech Solutions: US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
