Income Property Finance Customer Service Associate At Regions, the Income Property Finance Customer Service Associate is responsible for coordination and ensuring responsiveness for a variety of operational and administrative questions and needs of IPF clients along with supporting the local market IPF team.Primary ResponsibilitiesDirect customer facing responsibilitiesGeneral administrative duties as well as reportingResponds to direct customer loan and deposit inquiriesLiaison to the Centralized Loan AdministrationAssists in Exception clearingSupports the RM Process (plan Portfolio Development Meetings, maintaining key client lists, partner with Treasury Management, etc.)Opens deposit accountsConducts deposit account transfersReviews new loans and renewals for accuracySupports debt products team during loan processGeneral office duties as assignedThis position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime under the non-exempt FLSA classification for hours worked in excess of 40 per week.RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GEDPreferencesFive (5) years banking experienceSkills and CompetenciesAbility to manage multiple prioritiesAbility to learn additional systems as neededAbility to work in a team environment when applicableAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)Strong attention to detail and proof-reading skillsStrong verbal, written communication, and organizational skillsStrong work ethic and self-motivationPosition will be onsite 4 days a week Monday-Thursday, every Friday Worked from home.Compensation DetailsPay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role.
