What You’ll Do Plan and execute digital, print, recruitment-based and event-based marketing campaigns Ensure brand consistency across all materials and platforms Manage social media presence and engage with our client community Track key performance indicators and adjust marketing strategies accordingly Review marketing materials and give feedback on content before it’s made public Support community programs, appreciation campaigns, and team events Research trends and propose new ways to strengthen brand reach and trust Collaborate with team members to deliver polished, on-time work Requirements Must have a valid driver license Organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects Team player who values relationships and community building Marketing or creative experience (preferred) Strong writing, editing, and design skills (preferred) Proficiency with Google Applications, Asana, Canva, or similar tools (preferred) Social media and digital content management experience (preferred) Work Schedule Monday–Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm Some evenings and weekends to attend team events as needed Ready to grow your career while helping build a growing, community-driven brand?
