E-Learning Developer / working in Storyline

Overview Placement Type:TemporarySalary:$40 HourlyC$40/hrStart Date:Mar 16, 2026Job Role: E-Learning Developer/Instructional DesignerOur client is seeking a skilled e-learning developer/instructional designer with atat least 3 years of experience working with Articulate 360.This role is 40 hours per week until the end of March and freelance / project to project from there.Talent will be working remotely, EST hours, and must be based in CanadaTalent must provide their own laptop and Articulate 360 licenseThis project will include:They will be working to assemble very engaging learning modules that will bring together multiple media assets. They will also be expected to build engaging sections within Storyline - including activities such as building a product from start to finish. Our client's client is one of the most known brands in Canada. Timelines are tight, and communication with the team is a must throughout.The ideal candidate will be responsible:For designing, developing, and maintaining e-learning courses that are SCORM/xAPI compliant and meet the specific needs of our clients. They should be comfortable working in a team environment and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Key Responsibilities: Work collaboratively with the instructional design team to Develop e-learning courses using Articulate 360Create engaging and interactive course content that is SCORM/xAPI compliant And compatible with multiple learning management systemsHave a good eye for graphic design and the ability to follow brand guidelinesUnderstand how to set up courseware with meaningful reporting for multiple learning management systemsTroubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during course development or delivery.Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure courses are functioning properly and meeting client expectationsStay up-to-date with the latest e-learning trends, technologies, and techniquesAssist with project planning and timelines, ensuring that deadlines are metCommunicate regularly with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issuesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in instructional design, computer science, or related fieldAt least 3 years of experience developing e-learning courses using Articulate 360Strong understanding of SCORM/xAPI and other e-learning standardsExperience with learning management systems (LMS) and learning content management systems (LCMS) is a plusExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a teamIt would be highly beneficial for candidates to have a link to an eLearning portfolio and provide course samples of their best work.
