We are partnering with a hyper-growth AI technology company that is building out its global finance organization and seeking an experienced Global Accounting Lead to take ownership of intercompany accounting and consolidation processes across multiple entities. This is a highly visible opportunity to build and scale accounting infrastructure in a complex, fast-paced pre-IPO environment. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in manual consolidations, intercompany accounting, and scalable process design, along with the ability to operate independently and drive initiatives in ambiguous, high-growth environments.What You’ll DoDesign and scale intercompany accounting frameworks across multiple global entitiesOwn the full intercompany lifecycle, including billing, settlements, reconciliations, and eliminationsBuild and enhance consolidation workflows and scalable accounting processesEstablish intercompany controls, policies, and governance frameworksImprove close efficiency and reduce reconciliation risk across entitiesPartner cross-functionally to support company growth and operational scalabilityRequired Experience10+ years of accounting experience, including 6+ years focused on consolidation and intercompany accountingHands-on manual consolidation experience across multiple entities and reporting structuresExperience setting up consolidation systems and workflowsDeep understanding of intercompany inventory markup and consolidation logicStrong understanding of US GAAP and financial reportingExperience supporting monthly close in multi-entity environmentsFamiliarity with ERP systems and accounting operations workflowsComfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentCPA preferred
