Position OverviewWe are seeking a Neurosurgeon for a locum tenens opportunity at a Level I Trauma Center in IL. This is a new position with ongoing coverage needs and a flexible schedule.Assignment Details24-hour call coveragePreferred schedule: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off (flexible)Will consider providers with 1 week of availabilityUp to 20 shifts per monthCall and inpatient roundingEMR: EpicNPs onsite from 7:00 AM 7:00 PMCollaborative Environment: Trauma, critical care, and hospitalist teamsCase mix includes bread-and-butter neurosurgery, trauma, adult patients only (100%)RequirementsBoard Certified or Board Eligible in Neurological SurgeryActive Illinois medical license requiredMinimum Experience: 1 yearDEA: RequiredCSR License: RequiredCertifications: ACLS, BLS
