Epic Analyst- REMOTE
Overview
In this role you will support clinical IT services by addressing Epic-based incidents and requests, ensuring timely resolutions to meet SLAs. You will work remotely in the US within the Clinical Service Desk, collaborating with clinicians and IT staff to optimize Epic configurations and workflows. You’ll contribute to knowledge management, training, and continuous improvement of the knowledge base, while mentoring the service desk team. This is an opportunity to impact patient care by enhancing how clinicians use Epic and integrated clinical systems.
