Maintains accurate medical record during patient stay.; Transcribes physician orders in a timely manner. Enters orders in the computer system. Prioritizes orders by identifying those with timed or immediate action.; Completes demographic and financial information accurately in conjunction with Patient Access Department expectations while accurately determining the appropriate flow type in the Admissions registration system.; Answers telephone/intercom in a polite and timely manner and communicates accurate information to the appropriate personnel/family.
