THIS POSITION REQUIRES A CURRENT Top Secret / SCI w/ Poly.Core One seeks an experienced Information Analyst - Level 2 to support the Classification Management Branch of the Office of Policy and Strategy (P&S) within the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI). P&S manages a unified, effective, and accountable IC policy process through the development and implementation of an annual Policy Work Plan, promotes the integrated intelligence enterprise through the development of the National Intelligence Strategy (NIS) and evaluate the IC’s strategic posture and progress towards our goals and objectives; monitors information sharing and safeguarding activities to facilitate and enhance the discovery, dissemination, and retrieval of information within the IC; and leads and facilitates effective oversight and management of controlled access programs to enhance intelligence integration across the IC. Candidates should have a strong record of achievement in the IC and experience. Previous experience with the US Government, as a staff employee or contractor is desired.Primary Responsibilities Support government leads to provide responsive, consistent, and accurate classification guidance to ODNI and the IC. Prepare ODNI original classification authority and derivative classification authority training and reference materials. Implement Executive Order 13526 activities for ODNI. Ensure ODNI and IC compliance with EO 13526 and other relevant Executive Orders and federal policies. Consult and coordinate with other IC elements to develop and implement consistent classification management policies and procedures. Serve as the Classification Management Tool policy referent for the ODNI and across the IC. Maintain and update the IC Markings System Register and Manual.Required Skills Bachelor’s Degree in social, physical, natural or, business or computer sciences; humanities; engineering; mathematics; informatics records management, or other IM related field. The government will waive the Bachelor’s degree requirement if the candidate has 7 years or more of experience in IM involving the collection and management of information from one or more sources and the distribution of that information to one or more audiences. General knowledge of the governing principles, laws, policies, procedures, protocols, regulations and statutes of IM, and overall familiarity with IM directives, regulations, guidance, processes and broad practices of the IC. Broad knowledge of E.O. 13526, E.O. 13356, ICD 710, and associated ODNI classification management policies.
