Senior Director – Business Development & Technical Sales Leadership

We're partnering with a global Fortune 500 technology distributor and supply chain solutions organization to identify a Senior Director to lead a high-performing team across Business Development and Technical Sales throughout the Americas.This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding customer and supplier relationships, and leading both commercial and technical teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in semiconductor/electronic component distribution, technical sales, business development, and executive-level customer engagement.Key Responsibilities:• Develop and execute growth strategies to drive revenue and profitability• Lead Business Development and Technical Sales teams across the Americas• Own forecasting, budgeting, P&L management, and business planning• Build and strengthen relationships with key customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders• Coach and develop sales leaders and technical teams• Drive design wins, opportunity reviews, and business growth initiatives• Partner with executive leadership on long-term strategic planningQualifications:• 12+ years of experience with at least 8+ years in leadership roles• Strong experience leading sales and technical organizations• Background in electronic components, semiconductors, technology distribution, or relatedindustries• Experience managing revenue growth, business strategy, and customer relationships• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceAdditional Details:• Significant executive visibility and influence across the organization• Ability to travel up to 75% throughout North America• Opportunity to lead a critical business unit within a globally recognized technology organizationIf you'd be interested in learning more, feel free to reach out directly or send me a message.
