Custom Home Superintendent

This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, runs a tight jobsite, and understands the level of detail required in luxury builds. You will work directly with the owner of Blackhawk and play a key role in executing projects at the highest level. Key Responsibilities:* Manage day-to-day field operations on luxury custom home projects * Read and interpret architectural plans, details, and specifications with precision * Coordinate and schedule subcontractors in alignment with the master schedule * Maintain consistent daily logs, progress updates, and jobsite photos (Buildertrend) * Interface with local building departments for permits, inspections, and compliance * Lead crews and subcontractors with professionalism and accountability * Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused jobsite * Proactively identify and solve problems to protect schedule and qualityWhat We're Looking For:* Minimum 5+ years as a Superintendent in custom luxury residential construction * Strong understanding of sequencing, scheduling, and trade coordination * High attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship * Clear communicator who can manage subs, clients, and ownership expectations * Tech-comfortable (experience with Buildertrend or similar preferred) * Self-starter with strong ownership mentality and accountabilityNon-Negotiable:* Luxury, custom home experience is required.
