Maintenance Technician

What You'll Do Reading, analyzing, and interpreting technical procedures, electrical schematics, blueprints, service manuals, and work orders to perform required maintenance work Implements and adheres to prescribed preventative maintenance program which includes completing and signing off on documentation for our quality assurance program Solving mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on various production and facility equipment Evaluating, repairing, and maintaining plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and HVAC systems in the building Handling assigned work orders and PMs (inspections, oil changes, meter readings, etc.) Communicating existing and potential issues with your supervisor Cleaning and maintaining the tools you work with Abiding by different safety measures and policies. Activity supports operations team in proactively identifying and resolving safety hazards Help with the moving and setup of benches and associated equipment such as power and air supplies as needed. May be required to work overtime and occasionally on weekends as required to accomplish necessary tasks with minimal impact to production. Diagnosing and repair of electrical, pneumatic, HVAC, hydraulic and other pieces of production and facilities equipment as needed. Use hand and power tools Any other duties as assigned. What You'll Bring High School diploma or GED Ability to lift up to 60lbs. What We Value Basic mechanical, electrical and plumbing skills Carpentry skills a plus but not required. Ability to work at heights as needed to accomplish assigned tasks.
