Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in the Golden area for a Civil Construction Project Manager. The Project Manager will oversee project planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Responsibilities include managing construction teams, coordinating budgets and resources, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. The role requires hands-on management of all aspects of commercial excavation and utility projects.QualificationsProficiency in Construction Project Management and Construction ManagementExperience in Project Coordination and Project ManagementStrong skills in Budgeting and financial oversight for construction projectsAbility to lead and manage teams effectively in on-site construction environmentsExcellent knowledge of excavation and underground utility operationsFamiliarity with GPS-controlled equipment and modern construction technologyBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is preferred but not requiredExperience in commercial site development or similar industries is a requirement
