Job Title: Sr. Accounting ManagerRoles & ResponsibilitiesManage the complete accounting cycle, including GL, AP, AR, payroll entries, journal entries, accruals, and reconciliationsPrepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsMaintain accurate general ledger and supporting schedulesPerform cost accounting activities, including standard costing, variance analysis, and overhead allocationReconcile inventory accounts and investigate discrepanciesManage fixed assets, including capitalization, depreciation, and disposalsEnsure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and company policiesAssist with external audits, internal audits, and tax supportUtilize and support ERP systems (manufacturing ERP experience strongly preferred)QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Required)8+ years of accounting experience, with significant manufacturing and cost accounting experienceProven experience managing full‑cycle accounting in a manufacturing environmentAdvanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)Strong understanding of inventory, WIP, standard costing, and variance analysisExcellent communication, ability to present to the PE sponsor and management
