Follows the Quality Management System designated workinstructions and procedures to ensure a quality product is manufactured.2nd Shift: Mon-Thu: 4:15 p.m.-2:45 a.m. Apply NowPosition DetailsPosted: April 13, 2026Type: Full-Time / On-SiteLocation: 949 N State Road 14, Harper, KS 67058, USAJob Experience Minimum of 2 years of knowledge and experience in a QualityAssurance role with product acceptance authority Must possess experience using different precision measurementinstrumentsResponsibilities Provide training, learning and development where appropriate for allemployees Partner with other departments to ensure adherence to the QualityManagement System And Other Compliance Requirements Collaborate with operations, leaders, purchasing, customer serviceand others to efficiently meet customer demands Inspect and evaluate product for quality and defects Provide visibility to Production and Quality supervision ofpotential quality issues, as well as input on internal perceptionsassociated with Quality and Delivery performance Work with Production and Quality Assurance personnel to performin-process review and ensure best practices are followed Perform other related duties, as required to ensure productconformity, internal and external customer demand, best practicesand adherence to compliance requirements. Complete AS9102 FAIs as required Ensure products manufactured meet all customer and internalRequirements Make decisions based on customer/regulatory requirements Confer with organizational team members at all levels to discussissues, coordinate activities or resolve problems Act as liaison between organization and outside organizations Work closely with shop floor supervision and employees Perform 1st part, Oversight, and Final Inspections Complete detailed and accurate FAIsSkills Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact anddeal with internal customers Capability to troubleshoot complex and questionable inspections byasking the right questions to get to the root cause of the problem Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple prioritiesand shifting time requirements Ability to effectively communicate in small and large groupenvironments Ability to pass an eye examThe Department of Health and Human Services, Transparency in CoverageRule, requires health plans to create a member-facing price comparisontool and post publicly available machine-readable files.
