The RN will coordinate and deliver professional nursing care for residents in a long-term care setting while ensuring high standards of patient safety, clinical excellence, and compassionate care.This role includes patient assessment, medication administration, care planning, staff supervision, patient and family education, emergency response, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
