Job Details:Title: Business AnalystLocation: RemoteDuration: 03-DOOmonth contractPay Range: $45 - $48/hr. on W2.Job ID: #26-11424Interview process:1st round - 30 minutes with hiring manager, 2nd round: 1 30-minute SQL live assessment (must be on a laptop), 1 30-minute case study interview, 3rd round is a final interview with a higher-level managerSummary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual with a strong background in customer experience, operations management, and strategy development.If you are passionate about revolutionizing the way people think about food delivery and have a proven track record of building and executing successful strategies, we want you to join our team.Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership:You will play a crucial role in shaping the overall strategy and driving operational excellence to deliver a top-notch experience for our customersAnalyze customer data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations to enhance the customer experience.eMetric and Performance Management Monitor and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of customer experience initiatives.Identify performance gaps, root causes, and opportunities to improve key metrics; lead initiatives to drive measurable KPI improvements.Oversee model governance, version control, and data integrity across cross-functional stakeholders.Automate and streamline reporting workflows; leverage Python (preferred) to improve efficiency and analytical rigor where applicable.Technical Expertise:Own and enhance complex Google Sheets–based models, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and clear documentation of assumptions and logic.Dive deep into large datasets using SQL and Excel/Google Sheets to generate actionable insights and inform strategic decisions.Experience building automated solutions for manual processesTranslate business questions into structured analyses; design dashboards, reporting frameworks, and KPI tracking mechanisms.Cross-functional Collaboration Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, influencing data-driven decision-making.Job Requirements:You have 6+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, product, or related experience; experience in support strategy is a plusExperience working at a tech company, a degree in Math, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a similar domainExpertise in SQL queries, ETL, and A/B Testing.
