Central Processing Technician – Park City Surgery Center$24–28/hour pay range DOE and eligible for a $2,500 sign-on bonus!!We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Central Processing Technician to join our high-performing team at a busy Orthopedic Surgery Center with 4 operating rooms. Our center delivers outstanding patient care in partnership with The Orthopedic Partners, Intermountain Health, and Surgery PartnersIf you're passionate about patient safety, thrive in a fast-paced setting, this is the opportunity for you!Key Responsibilities:Decontaminate, assemble, inspect, package, and sterilize surgical instruments and traysOperate and monitor sterilization equipment, including autoclaves and ultrasonic cleanersMaintain documentation in accordance with AAMI and AORN standardsEnsure accurate and timely instrument turnover for scheduled surgeriesMaintain appropriate inventory and notify leadership of any supply or equipment concernsCommunicate effectively with OR staff to meet surgical demandsRotating shifts between 6:00 AM and 8:30 PMQualifications:Certification (CRCST or equivalent) requiredPrevious sterile processing experience, ideally in an orthopedic or ambulatory surgery settingStrong working knowledge of sterilization techniques and infection prevention standardsDetail-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skillsTeam-focused and adaptable in a fast-paced environmentBenefits:Full-time team members are offered a comprehensive benefits package through Surgery Partners, including:Medical, dental, and vision insuranceHealth Savings Account with employer contributionLife and disability insurancePaid Time Off (PTO)401(k) retirement plan with company matchAnd more!Equal Employment Opportunity & Workforce DiversityOur organization is an equal opportunity employer.
