Job Description & RequirementsLASW / LICSW Social WorkerStartDate: 6/15/2026 Pay Rate: $1600.00 - $2400.00POSITION SUMMARY – LASW / LICSW Social WorkerPOSITION DUTIES – Provide clinical assessment, crisis intervention, care coordination, and discharge planning to help patients and families navigate medical, emotional, and social needs during hospitalization. Will work in an adult behavioral health setting.Minimum Required Qualifications –Masters in Social Work degreeWA LASW, LICSW, or LSWAICFirst AidBLS (can be completed within 30 days of hire)AAC (can be obtained after hire)2+ years minimum of acute care hospital experience1 year related behavioral healthGood clinical assessment skillsAbility to interact with psychiatric patients with calm demeanor even when patient may be agitated and uncooperativeGood communication skills with team members and when dealing with community providers and patient family members via telephonePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS – Epic experience; De-escalation training (CPI or MOAB - can be completed within 30 days of hire)LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT – 13 weeksSHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK – Monday- Friday 0830-1700SYSTEMS – EpicSTART DATE – 6/15/2026Facility LocationSurrounded by snow-covered peaks and sparkling bays, Seattle is one of the West’s most alluring cities.
