Role OverviewReporting to the FIFA Club Manager, the FIFA Club Assistant Manager supports daily FIFA Club operations at assigned VIP Hotels, ensuring consistent service delivery, access control, and an exceptional guest experience.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport all FIFA Club operations, including desk services, F&B, entertainment, staffing, and access controlImplement Guest Management policies and proceduresCoordinate guest needs with Guest Operations, Guest Relations, and Executive OfficeMaintain FIFA Club presentation and readiness throughout operationsPrepare daily operational reports and maintain accurate recordsFIFA Club Coordinator - Role OverviewReporting to the VIP Hotel & Leisure Program Manager, the FIFA Club Coordinator supports frontline FIFA Club operations and guest services.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with guest greetings, access control, opening/closing duties, and servicesMaintain awareness of FIFA Club offerings and daily schedulesSupport discreet security awareness and guest familiarityCoordinate guest needs with Transport, Accommodations, and Guest RelationsAdapt to changing schedules and operational requirementsGuest Hotel GOP Assistant Manager -
