Metro Edge Homes is dedicated to professional growth and creating lasting relationships within the real estate community.Role DescriptionThis is a full-to-part-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Showing Assistant/Inside Sales Agent located in Wichita, KS. The position involves scheduling and conducting property showings, communicating with prospective clients to understand their needs, and fostering positive client relationships. Additionally, responsibilities include sign placement, hosting Open Houses, managing administrative tasks, and supporting the sales team with lead follow-up and customer service. The candidate will work closely with agents to provide excellent service and ensure client satisfaction. This role will include a combination of part-time hourly wages (paid through Metro Edge Homes) and earned 1099 real estate sales income (paid through LPT Realty).QualificationsReal estate license REQUIREDStrong communication skills (phone + in-person)Highly organized with great attention to detailProfessional, positive, and trustworthyAbility to multitask and work under pressureReliable transportation and flexibility to travel for property showings and appointments.Self-motivated with minimal distractions during work hoursBilingual (English/Spanish) a huge plus
