Role Description The Become a Client representative will work full-time on-site at our Independence, MO location. Primary responsibilities include engaging with prospective clients, facilitating client onboarding, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role involves understanding clients' labor needs, ensuring seamless service delivery, and providing ongoing support to achieve customer satisfaction. This is a client-facing role requiring excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
