Florida Licensed Non-QM Underwriter

A company is looking for a Remote Non-QM Loan Underwriter. Key Responsibilities: Review and analyze loan files for compliance and accuracy Underwrite and approve or deny loan applications based on guidelines Communicate with stakeholders to resolve documentation issues Required Qualifications: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in underwriting Non-QM loans Strong knowledge of Bank Statement, DSCR, and Asset Depletion products Experience underwriting Non-QM roles within the last 6 months Deep understanding of underwriting guidelines and compliance standards Proven ability to handle a high volume of loan files accurately
