Child Care Teacher

Come join our team at Cornerstone Learning Center. We are looking for a child care teacher with experience. Job Requirements: Observe and monitor children's play activities; Keep records on individual children, including daily observations and information about activities and meals served; Instruct children in health and personal habits such as eating, resting, and toilet habits; Read to children, and teach them simple painting, drawing, handicrafts, and songs; Organize and participate in recreational activities, such as games; Assist in preparing food for children and serve meals and refreshments to children and regulate rest periods; Follow an age appropriate curriculum. Pay will depend on experience and ability to score using the CLASS instrument. Job Type: Full time Pay: $8.00 - $12.00 per hour Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $9.50 - $12.00 per hour Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week Schedule: 8 hour shift Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: Childcare: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: Driver's License (Preferred) CPR Certification (Preferred) Work Location: In person
