This individual will play a key role in supporting IT systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and managing the facilities' day-to-day operations. The role is a blend of IT support and facilities management, ensuring seamless operation of both technical and physical environments within the organization.What You Will Do…IT Technical Support:Provide first-line technical support for hardware and software issues.Assist in troubleshooting computer systems, networks, printers, and other IT-related equipment.Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT hardware (e.g., computers, printers, etc.).Issue, install and update software programs, and operating systems on workstations.Support IT helpdesk services for employees, ensuring timely resolution of issues.Assist in the management of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and Wi-Fi systems.Maintain documentation for IT systems, processes, and inventory.Facilities Management:Oversee the daily operations of the physical office space, ensuring it remains functional and well-maintained.Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for facility maintenance, cleaning, and repairs.Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring the availability of necessary materials and equipment.Assist with setting up meeting rooms, ensuring proper lighting, equipment, and supplies are available.Ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to in the workplace.Handle facility-related requests from staff and address any urgent needs or issuesWhat You Need…A degree or diploma in IT, information systems, or a related field.1-2 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or facility management.Basic knowledge of IT systems, networking, and security protocols.Familiarity with Windows and macOS environments, as well as IT provisioning tools.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Preferred Skills:Basic knowledge of Mac, Windows and networking.Familiarity with office management software and tools.
