Role: Client Advisor, Leather Goods, Accessories & FragranceBVLGARI, a renowned Italian luxury brand known for its jewelry and watches, seeks a client advisor. This person will report directly to the Assistant Store Manager or Store Director.This role focuses on (Client Advisor, Leather Goods, Accessories & Fragrance), connecting clients with exquisite pieces that blend Italian craftsmanship with cutting-edge design. You will be responsible for nurturing relationships with a diverse client base, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty while driving sales through expert product knowledge and personalized service.What You Will Do:Proven success in a luxury retail environment, focusing on meeting and exceeding sales targets.Provide expert knowledge and advice on BVLGARI's small leather goods, handbags, and accessories range.Identify client needs and preferences to suggest products that enhance their collections.Conduct product presentations and private viewings, delivering a personalized shopping experience that reflects the luxury and exclusivity of the BVLGARI brand.Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the latest collections and offerings in the small leather goods, handbag, and accessory categories.Manage sales transactions efficiently, following all company protocols and procedures.Client Relationship & Portfolio Management:Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients by offering a bespoke service tailored to their preferences and lifestyles.Use clienteling tools and systems to track client information, preferences, and purchase history, ensuring a tailored approach in all interactions.Organize and attend client events, product launches, and other activities that enhance client engagement and brand loyalty.Proactively reach out to potential new clients and nurture existing client relationships through regular communication, updates on new products, and exclusive offers.Your Profile:Proven experience in luxury retail, preferably in leather goods and accessories.Strong passion for fashion and luxury, with specific knowledge of small leather goods and handbags.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade a discerning clientele.Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus, reflecting our global client base.Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays, and attend client events outside standard retail hours.What We OfferBVLGARI offers a competitive compensation package that includes:Base salary + performance-based commission and moreComprehensive benefits: medical, financial, and paid time off, including 401(k) eligibilityExclusive employee perks, including luxury product discounts and training opportunitiesBVLGARI is an equal-opportunity employer and celebrates diversity in the workplace.Pay Transparency: This position offers an hourly range of $27.07-$32.00.
