Junior Full Stack Developer The Junior Full Stack Developer will join our team in Columbia, MD to work on developing tools for mission cognizance and workflow automation in a fast-paced environment. You'll be part of a dynamic group where you can learn from experienced mentors as you build prototypes and gather user feedback. Responsibilities:Embrace the Blur: Translate vague requirements into actionable software by actively engaging with customers and stakeholders to clarify needs.Prototype Fearlessly: Develop code, deploy it for user testing, gather feedback, and iterate to improve functionality and usability. Required Skills:Development Experience: Familiarity with Python and JavaScript for building functional applications.A Healthy Relationship with Ambiguity: Adaptability in the face of changing requirements and comfort with new technologies. Nice to Have:Experience with agentic AI frameworks or developing tools using Large Language Models (LLMs).Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker for smooth prototype deployment.Interest in signals intelligence or advanced security operations mission spaces.
