Qualifications and Experience:Active SLP license issued by TexasCertificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows also welcomeExperience with school-based speech therapy caseloadsComfortable managing a caseload of approximately 60 studentsWillingness to supervise Clinical Fellows or SLPAs if holding CCCsReliable and flexible, with a collaborative approach Primary Responsibilities:Provide direct speech-language therapy and assessment to students across assigned school sites (typically one; occasionally two)Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and maintain accurate documentationFoster meaningful communication with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teamsSupervise SLPAs or clinical fellows as needed (for SLPs with CCCs)Participate in team meetings, provide updates on student progress, and contribute to a positive school culture Role Details:Full-time, 40 hours per weekServe multiple school sites as needed from early August 2026 to early June 2027Onsite presence required to foster hands-on collaboration with school staff and students This is a fantastic way to broaden your experience in a supportive school system, providing care and expertise to students who need it most.
