This individual will be the face of our South Florida Pet Emergency clinic in Hialeah, FL.Essential FunctionsCustomer ServiceCommunicate both with the client and our team to ensure all of the information is correct and understood by both sidesGreet clients, answer telephones, and guide clients to exam roomsAnswer questions about products and services, focusing on client educationManage medical records, charts, reports and correspondenceFinancialCross sell and make necessary recommendations for the patients' health benefitProcess paymentsPresent and explain feesMarketingReach out to current and potential clientsAssist in content creation and implementation for marketing campaignsOrganization and Time ManagementOrganize a client schedule and make follow ups for appointments and medicationFiling, manage emails and take prescription ordersUse fax features, printing documents and other basic office equipmentMaintain a clean work area throughoutQualificationsA minimum high school diplomaCommunicates effectively with all levels of personnel and diverse client groups to ensure clarity and alignment.Manages a high volume of inbound calls, ensuring accurate and timely routing to the appropriate departments.Prioritizes organizational excellence and attention to detail while managing multiple concurrent projects.Exhibits a professional demeanor and takes proactive initiative within a collaborative team setting.Maintains total scheduling flexibility, remaining available for weekday, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.Displays resilience and a positive outlook when navigating high-pressure or stressful scenarios.Preferred QualificationsWorking proficiency in English and SpanishPrior experience in customer service or medical reception roles (1+ years)Understanding of computers, email platforms, phone services, Google Workspace and other office equipmentPunctual
