Responsibilities
Deliver creative, strategic, and cost‑effective solutions to solve client business needs.
Develop and maintain genuine in‑person relationships with clients, becoming a go‑to industry expert.
Conduct in‑person client visits and presentations to key stakeholders.
Gather customer vision, strategy, goals, and needs to inform solutions.
Participate in in‑person customer and networking events, business meetups, and social gatherings.
Track and communicate market trends and lead effective strategy initiatives.
Create and lead execution of sales for existing customers and new business.
Partner with organizations to understand their industry’s distinct needs.
Oversee the identification, qualification, and matching of solutions to meet client needs.
Monitor and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
2–4 years of sales‑related experience.
Experience with client‑facing and in‑person sales.
Enjoys attending networking events, driving client interaction, and engaging customers.
Interested in a challenging, rewarding environment that blends competition and team culture.

Demonstrates a strong work ethic.

In accordance with Illinois pay equity law, Kforce discloses that the anticipated pay range for this position, which is subject to change based on job‑related factors, including client requirements, is between $52,355 and $65,444. This position is eligible for commissions on base salary amounts, according to a schedule of gross profit, starts, or revenue achieved from sales activities.
