OverviewOur global transportation technology client is seeking a data-driven Marketing Analytics professional to drive performance optimization, ROI, and strategic growth across acquisition, retention, and brand marketing. This role partners cross-functionally to translate complex data into actionable insights that scale marketing effectiveness.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze user-level data to uncover behavior insights and inform marketing strategy and optimizationDefine KPIs and measurement frameworks; evaluate campaign and channel performance across full funnelDesign and execute A/B and multivariate tests to assess marketing impact on business outcomesBuild and maintain dashboards (e.g., Tableau) to track performance against targets, forecasts, and historical trendsPartner with Marketing, Finance, Strategy, Operations, and AdTech teams on planning, prioritization, and reportingPresent data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership to guide decision-makingLeverage tools like Salesforce to manage and scale analytics workflowsIdentify opportunities for predictive modeling to forecast growth and user trendsCore QualificationsStrong experience in marketing analytics, performance measurement, and ROI optimizationProficiency in Salesforce and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau or similar)Expertise in statistical testing (A/B, multivariate) and data analysis methodologiesAbility to translate data into strategic insights and influence business decisionsUnderstanding of full-funnel marketing (acquisition, retention, brand; online and offline)Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced, high-visibility environmentsAdditional DetailsPreferred location: San Francisco or East Coast (near office); 1 day/week in-officeMust be comfortable managing fluctuating workloads and high-pressure, high-visibility projectsExperience navigating complex organizational structures (e.g., FTE vs. external workforce) is a plus
