Heart Group Satellite Clinical FloatWe are looking for compassionate, caring people to join our talented staff of health care professionals as we continue to grow to be the preferred, regional health care partner in our community.The Satellite Cardiac Assistant is responsible for providing direct or indirect care, under the supervision of a physician based on their scope of training to patients who present with urgent, emergent, or potential health problems as well as preventive care. Services provided will include, but are not limited to, general patient care, assistance with procedures, documentation of activities and patient/family education. The Satellite Cardiac Assistant will provide care utilizing established principles and ethical standards as well as policies and procedures established by Deaconess.Education and Experience:Graduation certificate from an accredited Medical Assistant programGraduation from an accredited nursing program required.Bachelor degree in Exercise Science and/or Kinesiology or Health ServicesBachelor degree in Science Health ServicesExperience preferred but not required.Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:Current certification/license from one of the below:Certified Medical Assistant- American Association of Medical AssistantsRegistered Medical Assistant- American Medical TechnologistActive LPN license in state of employmentCertified Clinical Medical Assistant- National Health career AssociationNational Certified Medical Assistant- National Center for Competency TestingNationally Registered Certified Medical Assistant- National Association for Health ProfessionalsRegistered Medical Assistant- American Allied HealthCertified Medical Assistant Clinical- American Medical Certification AssociationCPR provider certification required.Other key words: CMA, RMA, CCMA, Clinic Medical Assistant, Registered Medical Assistant, Certified Clinical Medical Assistant, Outpatient, Office, Heart Group, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Bachelor of Health Services, The Heart Group, Cardiac, Cardiology, Gateway
