Come and join us.What you can expectYou will achieve sales goals and profit targetsYou will monitor operational costs and maintain budget reportYou will liaise with the Store Managers to monitor day-to-day store operationsYou will support the Store Managers with business-success matters, such as sales strategies and training the staff in sales techniquesYou will support the Store Managers with personnel matters, including final round interviews, termination decisions, conflict resolution, salary negotiations, seasonal headcount forecasting and conducting performance appraisalsYou will evaluate overall store performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting sales performanceYou will ensure that the stores run with legality and conformity to company regulations, regional laws, and property requirementsYou will prepare and report on sales numbers, personnel matters, inventory, results of company marketing initiatives and systems implementationYou will prepare and review the annual budget for each store/region of responsibilityYou will plan, evaluate and optimize operations to be efficient and cost-effectiveYou will manage escalated customer issues, incident reports, and legal actionsYou will ensure Läderach standards and procedures are followedYou will perform other duties as assigned by the President of Laderach North AmericaWhat we expect from youYou have at least three (3) years of multi-unit management and leadership experienceYou have a degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferredYou have strong conceptual approach, strategic planning, and implementation skillsYou have knowledge of the retail industry's legal rules and guidelines (specific to the region)You have in depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service, Marketing, HR)You have proven experiencing managing large budgets and sales goalsYou must be able to travel for role related projects and events (70-80%travel requirement)You have an ability to cultivate an environment of mutual respect, courtesy, and good mannersYou must possess a strong work ethic and exemplify the Laderach Company ValuesYou are expected to able to commute between stores of responsibility with flexibilityYou have a valid drivers' license and ability to be on the road often is highly preferredWhat we offer youCompetitive PayMedical-80% contribution by Laderach of Employee only plan and 50% contribution by Laderach of Family Coverage plan (s)DentalVision 100% covered by LaderachLife-Laderach covers up to $25k of Life Insurance (option to go up to $150k)Optional 401(k) enrollmentEmployee assistance programAn exciting working environment with motivated colleaguesA position with lots of personal responsibilityThe opportunity to contribute fresh ideasAn open and respectful feedback cultureIn-house and further external trainingUnique career opportunitiesGenerous discounts on our productsChocolate at workFree parking spacesOwn it.
