Organizations partner with CodigoCode to achieve rapid, secure, and reliable digital evolution powered by advanced AI technology.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site DevOps Specialist remote role. The DevOps Specialist will design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support rapid, reliable deployment of AI-driven code migration services. Responsibilities include managing containerized applications, optimizing Kubernetes clusters, and ensuring secure, stable, and scalable infrastructure across development, staging, and production environments. The role involves collaborating closely with software engineers to automate build, test, and release workflows, as well as monitoring system performance and resolving incidents proactively. The DevOps Specialist will also help refine deployment standards, improve observability, and contribute to infrastructure-as-code practices that support continuous improvement.QualificationsStrong experience with Linux-based systems, including shell scripting, system administration, and performance troubleshooting.Proficiency in Kubernetes and container orchestration, including deploying, scaling, and monitoring containerized applications.Background in Software Development and Integration, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and understand application lifecycles.Hands-on experience with Continuous Integration practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar) to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.Familiarity with cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, or GCP) and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, or similar).Knowledge of security best practices in DevOps, including secrets management, access control, and secure deployment patterns.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to diagnose and resolve production issues under time constraints.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience in high-availability, high-throughput environments or AI-driven platforms is a plus.
