Kitchen Porter

Job Requirements Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is preferred but not required. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong work ethic with a reliable and punctual attitude. Good attention to cleanliness and hygiene standards. Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift moderate to heavy loads (50lb). Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions. Basic food hygiene knowledge is desirable (training can be provided). Key Responsibilities Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment. Maintain a clean, tidy, and hygienic kitchen environment. Clean floors, work surfaces, storage areas, and waste disposal areas. Assist with receiving and storing deliveries. Support chefs with basic food preparation when required. Dispose of rubbish and recycling safely and efficiently. Follow all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
