Job DescriptionPrimary Care Physician –High Point, NCCompensation:Base Salary: $215,000–$300,000(commensurate with experience and location)Incentive Bonus: Quality-based performance bonusesSign-On Bonus & Relocation Package: AvailablePosition OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician to join our growing team in High Point, NC Our innovative network of neighborhood primary care centers is designed to provide equitable, patient-centered, and value-based healthcare to local Medicare populations.Our physicians are supported by multidisciplinary care teams and advanced clinical technology, allowing you to focus on what matters most—delivering quality outcomes and preventive care, not patient volume.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver comprehensive, patient-focused primary care services within a value-based care model.Manage a patient panel of approximately 13–16 patients per day.Conduct visits averaging 20 minutes for regular appointments and 40 minutes for new or complex cases.Collaborate with a dedicated care team including a Medical Assistant, Scribe, and Social Worker.Utilize on-site lab services with phlebotomy support and access to RubiconMD for virtual specialty consultations.Maintain accurate documentation using Canopy and Greenway EMR systems.Participate in community health initiatives such as wellness classes, exercise groups, and social engagement activities.Schedule & EnvironmentSchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMClinic Model: 3–5 providers per site (mix of MDs and NPs)Transportation Support: Patient pickup service within 5 miles of the clinicCommunity Engagement: Regular on-site patient wellness events (yoga, dance, spa days, and more)QualificationsMedical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.)Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family MedicineActive, unrestricted State Medical License and DEAMinimum of 1 year post-residency clinical experience (no residents)Bilingual (Spanish) preferredGeriatrics Fellowship training, preferredCompensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $215,000–$300,000+ Incentive BonusesPhysician Partnership Track6 Weeks Paid Time Off, including holidays and CME$5,000 Annual CME AllowanceComprehensive Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance401(k) with up to 4% company match, vested immediatelyMedical Malpractice Insurance (provided)Sign-On and Relocation Assistance availableWhy Join Us?This is more than a clinical role—it’s an opportunity to help redefine how primary care is delivered.
