This is not a construction or facilities relocation role. The Project Manager will lead Epic application build, implementation, optimization, testing, and operational readiness activities associated with relocating Laboratory and Pharmacy services to the new Oyster Point campus.The ideal candidate will have strong healthcare IT project management experience, expertise with Epic applications (especially Beaker and Willow), and a proven ability to manage complex enterprise technology projects involving multiple stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end planning and execution of Epic application implementation and relocation activities.Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, budgets, risks, and resource planning.Coordinate Epic Beaker (Laboratory) and Epic Willow (Pharmacy) implementation, optimization, and deployment activities.Collaborate with laboratory operations, pharmacy teams, IT, infrastructure, executives, and external vendors.Manage workflow redesign, operational readiness, system integration, and application activation.Lead governance meetings, executive reporting, and stakeholder communications.Identify project risks and develop mitigation and recovery plans.Support application build, testing, validation, SIT, UAT, Go-Live, and Hypercare activities.Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and organizational policies.Track project metrics, deliverables, budgets, and project performance.Drive change management and transition planning throughout the project lifecycle.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.5–8 years of Technical Project Management experience.Minimum 2 years of Healthcare IT experience.Experience managing Epic implementation, optimization, or upgrade projects.Experience managing enterprise technology initiatives.Strong project planning, risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills.Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.Experience managing cross-functional technical teams.Ability to manage multiple enterprise projects in a fast-paced environment.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Epic Beaker or Epic Willow implementations.Experience with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS).Experience supporting Pharmacy applications.PMP Certification.Epic Certification in Clinical or Revenue Cycle applications.Knowledge of healthcare IT infrastructure, networking, disaster recovery, and enterprise application deployments.Required CertificationsEpic Referral & Authorization Certification (Required)Epic MyChart Certification (Required)Epic Cadence Certification (Preferred)PMP Certification (Preferred)Domain ExperienceHealthcareHospital SystemsClinical OperationsLaboratory ServicesPharmacy ServicesHealthcare IT#Hiring #NowHiring #Epic #EpicEMR #EpicBeaker #EpicWillow #EpicCareers #EpicConsultant #EpicProjectManager #TechnicalProjectManager #HealthcareIT #HealthIT #HealthcareTechnology #HealthTech #ProjectManagement #Implementation #EpicImplementation #EpicOptimization #HospitalIT #LaboratorySystems #PharmacyIT #ClinicalInformatics #HealthcareJobs #ITJobs #ContractJobs #BayAreaJobs #CaliforniaJobs #OpenToWork #HiringNow #TechCareers
