The Senior Accountant will oversee and manage financial processes, including preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, ensuring compliance with accounting policies, and participating in audits. Responsibilities will also include budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and reporting, ensuring the financial health of the organization while collaborating with internal teams to provide accurate and actionable financial insights.Qualifications:Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting principlesAbility to lead timely and accurate month end close processProficiency in reconciling accounts and managing general ledger activitiesAbility to execute cost analysis and financial forecasting strategies effectivelyExperience with ERP (NetSuite) systems, accounting software. and Microsoft ExcelAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and provide actionable insightsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA certification is a plus)Prior experience (3-5 years) in manufacturing or a related industry is strongly preferredKey Competencies:Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsMotivated self starterAbility to manage multiple prioritiesStrong communication skillsAbility to multi-taskConfidentiality and ethical conductTeam-oriented with the ability to work independently
