Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant food and beverage team. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will create memorable dining experiences by providing exceptional customer service, ensuring food safety, and maintaining a lively and welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and delivering food and beverages efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards and ensuring guest satisfaction Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities using openTable reservations system when applicable Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure smooth operations Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for bills and change Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle guest relations professionally Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume shifts Previous experience with serving, bussing, hosting/hostess duties, or food industry roles is highly desirable Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cashiering and billing purposes Culinary experience or kitchen background is a plus but not required Join us to be part of a lively team that values hospitality excellence!
