Senior Siting and Routing Project Manager

Are you helping lead it?The US electric transmission network is undergoing one of the biggest infrastructure overhauls in a generation, and the project managers driving that work are some of the most in-demand professionals in the country right now.I'm working with a nationally recognised environmental and infrastructure consultancy on an exciting opportunity for an experienced Siting & Routing Project Manager to join their transmission line practice. This is a team doing genuinely complex, high-profile work across multiple states, and they need someone who knows the landscape, literally and figuratively.What this role involves:Leading siting and routing studies for high-voltage electric transmission line projects from early feasibility through to regulatory approvalManaging multidisciplinary teams across environmental, engineering and permitting workstreamsBuilding and maintaining relationships with utilities, landowners and regulatory agenciesKeeping projects on time, on budget and moving through the processWhat they are looking for:5+ years of experience in transmission line siting and routing or closely related environmental project managementFamiliarity with NEPA, state siting regulations and the permitting landscape for linear infrastructureSomeone who can lead from the front and communicate clearly with both clients and internal teamsExperience on the consulting or owner/utility side both welcomeWhy it is worth a conversation:The Midwest pipeline alone is significant, and this team has the project backlog to prove it.
