This is not a traditional EA role — it requires a proactive, mature, and exceptionally organized professional who can manage a complex personal and professional schedule, anticipate needs before they are expressed, and represent the Principal gracefully across a wide range of interactions.Prior real estate experience is not required. The right person takes pride in making someone else's life run seamlessly.WHAT YOU'LL OWNCalendar & Schedule ManagementOwn the Principal's daily and weekly schedule — business meetings, personal appointments, medical visits, and social commitmentsAnticipate scheduling conflicts, prepare daily briefings, and coordinate logistics across US and European time zonesManage reminders for key deadlines in coordination with the COOTravel & LogisticsBook all domestic and international travel: flights, hotels, ground transportation, and detailed itinerariesManage logistics for international travel including coordination across France and the USOversee boat-related logistics — scheduling, crew coordination, and vendor managementAnticipate travel needs proactively, not reactivelyCommunications & CorrespondenceManage the Principal's email inbox: triage, draft responses, and escalate urgent items appropriatelyServe as the first point of contact for inbound calls and inquiriesDraft professional correspondence on the Principal's behalf as neededAdministrative & Financial SupportCollect and organize receipts for the Principal's Amex; prepare monthly expense summaries for the bookkeeperMaintain organized document filing in Google DriveCoordinate with the COO on time-sensitive administrative requestsPersonal & Household CoordinationManage personal tasks as directed: medical appointments, personal vendors, household mattersAssist with French-language communications as needed (preferred — a meaningful asset)Maintain the highest level of discretion with respect to personal, financial, and family mattersQUALIFICATIONSRequired:5+ years supporting a senior executive, founder, or high-net-worth individualExceptional organizational and prioritization skills — comfortable managing dozens of simultaneous requestsPolished written and verbal communication; able to represent the Principal professionally in all interactionsProficiency with Google Workspace, calendar management, and travel booking platformsHigh emotional intelligence and ability to work with a demanding, fast-moving principalAbsolute discretion with confidential personal, financial, and family informationPreferred:French language proficiency (conversational or better) — highly valuedPrior experience in real estate, finance, law, or a family office environmentInternational travel logistics experience across US and EuropeExperience managing personal and household matters alongside professional responsibilitiesWHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE — YEAR ONEThe Principal never misses an appointment, deadline, or commitment due to a logistics or scheduling failureInbound communications are triaged intelligently — the right things reach the Principal, the right things are handled by othersThe Principal's personal and professional life runs smoothly, predictably, and without frictionYou have built trusted working relationships with the COO, bookkeeping team, and key external contacts
