Ohio and Kentucky Licensed Litigation Paralegal

A company is looking for a Legal Assistant/ Litigation Paralegal. Key Responsibilities Draft and prepare litigation documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses E-file documents in Ohio and Kentucky courts, ensuring compliance with court rules and deadlines Coordinate hearings, schedule court appearances, and maintain attorney calendars Required Qualifications Prior experience handling mortgage foreclosure litigation matters (Ohio and/or Kentucky preferred) 1-3+ years of litigation paralegal or legal assistant experience Paralegal certificate, associate degree, bachelor's degree, or equivalent practical experience Strong knowledge of court filing systems and litigation deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
