Job Description We are seeking a skilled and detail-orientedAssemblerto join our manufacturing team in Chandler, AZ. In this role, you will perform fine-pitch soldering of circuit card assemblies, intricate wire harnesses, and small RF components using stereo zoom microscopes. Your precision and craftsmanship will directly support the production of advanced aerospace and defense systems. Working from engineering diagrams, drawings, and work instructions, you will ensure every assembly meets stringent customer and quality requirements. This is an opportunity to contribute to mission-critical hardware in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.This role would be working the second shift Monday to Friday from 4p-12:30aKey Responsibilities Perform fine-pitch soldering and assembly of CCAs, wire harnesses, and RF components under microscopic inspection. Interpret diagrams, blueprints, and work instructions to complete assemblies per specifications. Conduct continuity checks on work-in-process and completed assemblies. Perform quality inspections on production lines in accordance with quality standards. Disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies under simulated conditions. Support operations across multiple manufacturing areas, including: Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) Microelectronics Production Center (MPC) Electronic Component Assembly/Rack (ECA/Rack) MagneticsComplete mandatory in-house workmanship criteria training classes to maintain continued employment.Basic Qualifications 2+ years of assembly or electronics experienceORan Associate degree in an electronic or technical discipline. Proven soldering experience. Experience performing manufacturing/assembly tasks in a metric-based work environment. U.S. citizenship required. Ability to move objects weighing up to 10 pounds from one location to another. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Preferred Qualifications Current or prior certifications inIPC-610and/orJ-STD-001. Ability to perform precise tasks under a microscope on very small assemblies with exceptional manual dexterity. Self-starter who can learn and perform tasks independently with minimal supervision. Demonstrated success working effectively in a team environment with strong interpersonal skills. Positive customer service orientation and a commitment to quality. Willingness to work second shift if business needs require it.
