Principal Technical Program Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space.This role will drive the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives spanning hardware, software, cloud, and mobile environments. You will translate business strategy into executable technical plans, keep programs on track, and help ensure engineering output aligns with organizational goals. The position also requires strong partnership with executive stakeholders and technical teams to surface risks, resolve trade-offs, and improve execution discipline across programs.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $100,000+ annuallyResponsibilities Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex programs across hardware, software, cloud, and mobile teams Translate business strategy into actionable technical milestones and execution plans Identify technical bottlenecks and develop risk mitigation strategies Assist teams in making technical trade-offs during architectural discussions Provide transparent, data-driven updates to executive leadership on program status Improve engineering execution models by implementing best practices for methodologiesQualifications 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Engineering Leadership Proven track record in Physical Security, IoT, Embedded Systems, Cloud Infrastructure, or AI/Video Analytics Experience working with executive-level leadership to align engineering output with business goals Expert-level knowledge of SDLC and hardware development cycles Exceptional communication skills for complex technical topics between technical and non-technical stakeholdersBenefits Incentive bonus plans Medical, dental, and vision benefits 401K with company match 10 paid holidays Generous paid time off packages Employee stock purchase plan Paid parental and family leave And more!Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
