This leadership role reports to the executive leadership team and plays a pivotal role in driving organizational growth and success.QualificationsProven experience in Business Operations and Operations ManagementStrong Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making and strategic planningExpertise in Program Management, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiativesComprehensive understanding of Finance and fiscal managementExceptional leadership and team management skillsProficiency in process improvement and operational efficiency methodologiesExcellent communication and organizational skillsMBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred, but not requiredExperience in a similar leadership role or relevant industry expertise is a strong advantage
