We also offer a good selection of ad-supported content across live sports, Prime Video Channels and free content.Job Summary:Amazon Prime Video, is seeking a Sr. Program Manager, Business Operations. They will assist an executive leader in the day-to-day management of business and operations, helping them be more efficient and effective. The candidate must thrive in a dynamic, fast paced environment while balancing a mix of program, operational, and strategic responsibilities. They will play an important role in the business planning process and will have exposure to senior leadership within Prime Video Technology. It is very important that this person engage and work well across all functional areas of the organization.Responsibilities:Monitor and facilitate progress of executive goals and targetsIdentify and prioritize the working list of cross group collaboration opportunitiesDrive special projects or strategic projects, and drive execution, working with leaders and stake holdersIdentify efficiency opportunities and drive associated initiatives to improve performance and success of the organizationEngage with finance, recruitment, HR, PR to drive broader org initiativesAssist leaders in the annual planning process, headcount allocation/tracking and recruitment trackingHold executive accountable for action items they need to drive forwardFacilitate discussions in areas related to program directions, strategic discussions, and conflictsManage key topics for staff discussions, strategic off-sites, and other important reviewsPrepare updates and business reviews with executive leadersHelp drive strategic hiring and employee engagement initiativesBasic qualifications:5+ years of experience in program or project managementExperience using data and metrics to drive improvementsExperience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadershipPreferred qualifications:Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills; proven ability to get results across multiple groups and disciplinesMeaningful experience as a change agent and leading organizational changeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrategic thinker with highly developed analytical and critical thinking abilities.
