There is no base salary. Performance is measured by one standard: the ability to generate business, secure listings, and close transactions. This is not an entry-level position and not a training platform for new agents.Generate and convert residential sales opportunities, with a focus on luxury homes and new construction communitiesRepresent Vanguard’s developments and builder partners in the marketplace at a high levelBuild and expand relationships with homebuilders, developers, and qualified buyersLeverage social media and digital platforms to create visibility, drive engagement, and generate consistent lead flowAttend industry events, networking functions, and community engagements to expand market presenceGuide clients through the purchase and build process from initial engagement through closingMaintain a disciplined pipeline and consistently convert opportunities into executed transactionsServe as a brand ambassador for Vanguard, reinforcing the firm’s leadership position in the luxury and new construction segmentsCANDIDATE PROFILE3+ years of residential real estate experience requiredMichigan Real Estate Salesperson LicenseDemonstrated track record of generating business and closing transactionsExisting book of business and/or active pipeline strongly preferredEnergetic, self-motivated, and highly competitive with a strong internal drive to produceStrong social media presence with consistent, high-quality content and on-camera confidenceClear interest in expanding into luxury and new construction salesProfessional presence with the ability to engage and advise clients at a high levelWillingness to be in the field, attend events, and actively build relationshipsPLATFORMOne of Metro Detroit’s most active and connected residential development platformsDirect access to new construction inventory and builder relationshipsIntegrated platform spanning acquisition, development, and sales executionStrong and growing brand presence in luxury and infill residential marketsCommission-based structure with earning potential directly tied to productionAPPLICATIONThis is a selective opportunity intended for experienced professionals operating at a high level.
